Theme day for GmbH managing directors - 1st day (presence)

In the 1-day ARS Academy course, GmbH managing directors receive a practical overview of their rights, obligations and liability risks. You will learn how to appoint and dismiss a managing director, what due diligence obligations apply to the managing director of a GmbH and how to use liability exclusions or D&O insurance. In addition, the drafting of managing director contracts, the legal status of the managing director as well as important resolution regulations and shareholder rights are discussed. Using practical examples, you will learn how to safely implement legal requirements and minimize personal risks.
