At this year's conference, the University of Innsbruck sat down with many top-class speakers under the scientific direction of Univ.-Prof. MMaG. Dr. Niksova discusses questions about matrix organizations in Austrian employment law. We are very pleased that our colleague Mr. Univ.-Ass. Conrad Greiner, LL.M. presented on the topic of cross-border personnel deployment, which is particularly important in practice, and on the latest case law of the Administrative Court on virtual transfers and, based on practical experience, dogmatically addressed current legal problems.
