Tagung Neuerungen Arbeitsrecht

Mag. Maria Schedle speaks at the ARS conference „Neuerungen Arbeitsrecht“ on the legal limits of non-solicitation clauses, based on the Austrian Supreme Court decision 9 ObA 6/26m of 27 May 2026.

The two-day conference gives a compact overview of current developments in Austrian employment law: the EU pay transparency directive, the use of artificial intelligence in the workplace under EU Regulation 2026/1744, changes affecting employees with disabilities, violence and harassment at work, and recent Supreme Court case law.

It is aimed at HR managers, company management, works councils, interest groups, tax advisers and payroll specialists. The conference is held in German.
