Mr. SP iR Hon.-Prof. Dr. Gerhard Kuras was a judge of the Supreme Court from 1999 to February 2024. From February 1, 2015, he was President of the Senate, most recently of the 8th Labor Law Senate. He is known far beyond Austrian borders due to his many functions in the international judges' association.

Mr. SP iR Hon.-Prof. Dr. Gerhard Kuras, Hon.-Prof. of the University of Vienna since 2009, shapes Austrian employment law with his widely recognized and numerous publications.
