In-house seminar from February 12, 2025 on the new Telework Act 2025

Dr. Helmut Engelbrecht and Dr. Philipp Bertsch discussed with the participants the most important aspects of the new Telework Act, which came into force on January 1, 2025. The changes in employment law, social security law and the income tax law on working from home associated with the amendment were examined and the associated need for employers to take action was explained. A particular focus was the presentation of current case law on working from home and its significance for practice.
