Guest commentary by Helmut Engelbrecht on pay transparency

Given the unbearable lack of legal implementation and the concern that we will get a law with many vague legal concepts and excessive internal bureaucracy, but with horrendous penalties, it was important for me to point out the important standard purpose again in a short article in the 4th edition of the Eagle Vision of the ARS: Paying workers less simply because they are women is a social shame.
