Invitation to online seminar on February 12, 2025 - New legal situation Teleworking

The new Telework Act came into force on January 1, 2025.

This amendment brings changes to employment law, social security law and income tax law. Agreements on home office and teleworking must take into account the new legal situation from January 1, 2025. We would also like to use our in-house seminar as an opportunity to shed light on previous case law on working from home.

Mr. RA Dr. Helmut Engelbrecht and Mr. RAA Dr. Philipp Bertsch, who also wrote his doctoral thesis on this topic, will inform you.
